Slavery and Human trafficking transparency statement for the period June 1st 2024 to May 31st 2025 (FY2024)

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 (part 6) of the modern slavery act 2015, and sets out the steps taken by Premier Automotive Ltd. To ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not operating within either its own business or its supply chain.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Premier Automotive Ltd is a franchised motor dealer group representing Kia, Suzuki , Mitsubishi,Ssangyong, & Isuzu car franchises in Dukinfield, Rochdale and Hyde. Premier are involved in the sale. repair, preparation, testing, & purchasing of motor vehicles and associated parts and servicing of cars and light commercial vehicles,. Along with providing financial services and support services to compliment the same.

PHILOSOPHIES AND PRINCIPLES

Premier Automotive Ltd. Strive to ensure that it does not contribute towards adverse human rights impacts through any of its operations. There is an ongoing commitment to engage only with suppliers that uphold the same principals as Premier Automotive Ltd. All our employees are aware of our stance and encouraged to be observant to any possibilities where adverse human rights might present themselves, and to report any concerns to the Directors of the company. Premier Automotive Ltd. Will make all necessary corrective action to maintain that stance under any circumstances.

Premier Automotive Ltd. Recognise the importance of maintaining constant vigilance to identify and address any impacts associated with slavery and human trafficking throughout its supply chain. And will monitor the stance taken by any current or future supplier or associated entity as an on going process.
